1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an ASoc workspace or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.
2. Your license to use ASoc
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access ASoc for your internal business use, subject to your active subscription and these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to store unlawful content.
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended.
4. Billing and renewals
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account.
5. Warranty and liability
ASoc is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
